Yes, we ship internationally. Shipping costs are calculated automatically depending on the country, weight and dimensions of the selected product.

PayPal: Secure payment platform. If you do not want to use your credit card number you can pay with your PayPal account balance.

STRIPE: Accepts all major debit and credit cards from customers of all countries.

All purchases are secured by the payment platforms offered above. Zurik.co has an SSL protocol which guarantees that the financial information does not fall into the hands of third parties. Payment platforms offer verification system and anti-fraud system.

In any case does Zurik.co collect information from accounts or credit cards, we only collect the information necessary for shipping.

The confirmation time depends on the payment method used and the security protocols of your bank at the end of the order. With few exceptions the payment is reflected immediately.

We will send an order receipt confirmation immediately after payment confirmation. After that we take 2 to 4 business days to proceed with the shipment. Once completed, you will receive in your account the name of the transport company as well as the Tracking Number.

Within Spain: 2 to 5 business days.

For the rest of the countries:Once the shipment is made, it will take 4 to 15 business days to be delivered.

All shipments have a tracking number. If you are not at the time of delivery, please contact the shipping company to find out about the possibilities of collecting the package. In case of not claiming the package, and that due to this it is returned to zurik.co,the recipient must contact Zurik.co and pay again the value of the shipment. Shipping costs will not be returned if the recipient was not present. The shipment of the product will be agreed again.

Please note that you should never accept a package that shows signs of damage. In the unlikely event that the shipping company wants to send you a damaged package, reject the package and send an email to Zurik.co to inform us of the situation within 1 business day (same day or until the next day) of having accepted the package. In the unlikely event that you have accepted a package that did not appear to be damaged outside and that the product is damaged, do not handle it anymore and send an email to zurik.co with images of the damaged product and the original packaging within 1 business day (same day or until the next day) of having accepted the package. We will contact the transport company to notify them about the situation.

In case of not receiving the product please write to info@zurik.co to solve the problem. Each shipment has a tracking code to know where the package is.

If you ordered the wrong product by mistake, send an email to Zurik.co. If the product has not yet been shipped, we will be happy to correct your order. If the product has already been sent, you must receive it and then return it to us. We will send you the correct product once we receive the returned one. Please note that you can only return unused and undamaged products, that you must return your product within 14 calendar days (including Sundays) of receiving it and that the shipping and handling costs for return shipping and are not refundable.

In the event that the product you wanted to order has a higher cost than the product you requested, we will ask you to transfer the difference to our account before sending the product. If the product you intended to order costs less than the product you requested, we will refund and transfer the difference to your account.

RETURNS

You can return a product that you have purchased for any reason, taking into account the following:

  • The product must be unused and undamaged.
  • You must return the product within 14 NATURAL days (includes Sundays) after delivery.
  • Shipping and handling costs generated by a return are not refundable.
  • To receive a refund, you must obtain an RA (Refund Authorization).

If you want to return a product, you must send an email to info@zurik.co, indicating the information of your order and explaining why you want to return the product. If you want to qualify for a refund, please note that you can only return unused and undamaged products, that you must send the product within 14 calendar days (including Sundays) after receipt of the shipment and that you will need an RA (Refund Authorization).

To receive a refund, you must obtain an RA (Refund Authorization). You can obtain an RF by sending an email to info@zurik.coindicating your order information and explaining why you want to return the product. You should only return the product after receiving our confirmation email.

We will refund you once we have received the complete product, unused and in good condition. For returns you are responsible for the cost of return and must carefully package the product to prevent damage. A confirmation by email and a refund will be sent to your account within 30 days of receiving your return product.

When you decide to return a product, you will assume the cost of return shipping unless the product has been damaged at the time of delivery and we are notified of such fact within 1 business day of the event. Please note that you should never accept a package that shows signs of damage.
